This was one of the best things I bought for taking Toby on car rides. It helps to protect your back seat from getting wet and muddy. And from personal experience, it also prevents dog vomit from soaking into the fabric of the back seat.

It is easy to wash and dry, or just shake it to get dirt and debris off. I found it a bit slippery for the dog when they jump into the back seat. I just put an old towel or blanket on top to prevent them from sliding.

This is the only dog harness I found that was safety crash-tested and certified.
